In 1995 and as a hobby, Adriano builds a small alembic in the yard of his house and begins to make tests of distillation of grape marc obtaining the traditional Italian staple. At a dinner with friends we present this homemade digestive and one of them who is today one of the most recognized winemakers in Argentina, he said:

“Tano, this is a work of art”

These words were the inspiration to encourage and create one of the few distilleries in the country. After 25 years of experience and being a Master Distiller, Adriano decides to launch his exquisite GIN CURVE that combines the Italian tradition of distilling pomace by steam dragging with the infusion technique to elaborate Gin.

Adriano was not always known for his skill in distillation. Son of the tailors Torquato Cesaroni and Noemí Pellegrini born and raised in Italy in a small town in the province of Ancona called Monsano, cradle of the best olive oils and spectacular vineyards.

From an early age, he identified his instinct to do things to suit him and not to let anything get in his way. Remember that he liked to take apart and repair the appliances in the house so that his father gave him money. His favorite game was “The little chemist” spending hours in his laboratory room. Football fan, goalkeeper of his team and passionate about motorcycles. At age 18 they had mason problems, a trade he learned by instinct and with which he acquired his first motorcycle.

Three harvests later and after receiving the praise of his winemakers friends he decides to stop doing so for his own consumption and obtain the license of one of the first distilleries in Argentina.

With much effort and for months each free time he dedicated to the design and construction of the two main stills of his distillery he called CAESAR.

To improve its technique and increase the quality of its spirits, in 2010 it buys a copper still where today it performs the second and third distillation of its products. Adriano is a tireless worker, father of two children and grandfather of three grandchildren. His personality and charisma has kept him surrounded by his loved ones and he has managed to look at life with optimism, security and above all fun.

He studied at the Liceo Clásico school and began his medical career at the University of Ancona; but when he reached the 5th year he fell in love with a young Argentine daughter of Italian immigrants who was constantly traveling to his father’s town.

After repeated trips and a dozen letters Adriano decides to follow his heart and takes a ship to Argentina. The desire to be with Rosana and start a family gave this 24-year-old the strength to leave his beloved town.

Already in Argentina, in the small town Palmira in Mendoza, the grape seed oil factory of its in-laws begins to work in Olivi Hnos. Because of his knowledge of physics and chemistry, he is initially responsible for the refinery and then also for marketing. It manages to obtain international quality certifications and export its products to the most demanding markets.

At 5 years of age Adriano was already the father of two children and had built his home where he also has his distillery today. It all started as a hobby and in memory of his father with whom from an early age he toured the distilleries of Italy learning the secrets and techniques of making Grapa. In the winter of 1995 he decided to use his masonry and welding skills and manufactured his first still in the yard of the house.

He never let work get in the way of his father and grandfather or enjoy his inspiring motorcycle trips with his wife. His passion for two wheels has led him to meet exceptional places and get friendships that keep his youth intact.

Each curve is for him an adrenaline shot and has been the muse of inspiration for his GIN.
